Moon Invoice services are paid. Hence, In-App paid purchases are managed by respective platforms, and we request you to check their payment terms and conditions and privacy policy regarding the same. We do not collect direct and/or store your billing information on our server. E.g., for Android In-App purchase, you will need to check Google Play store, for iOS and macOS, need to check iTunes and for Windows, need to check Microsoft app store privacy policy, for Web via PayPal or Paddle, for payment terms and conditions, please visit PayPal or Paddle privacy policy.
Payments to Merchants. If you are an End-Customer using Moon Invoice Payments such as Stripe, GPay, Paddle, ApplePay, etc., to pay a Merchant, our Payments Partner will use your information as described in its own privacy policy.

Any time you use the Service (even if you do not register for our Service), we may collect information about how you access or use the Service or input data. For more information about how we collect and use this information, see Section 2 (Our Use of Cookies and Other Technologies)
6. Social Networks Information:
We may receive information about you when you interact with the Service through various social media, for example, by logging in through or "liking" us on Facebook or "following" us on Twitter. The data we receive is dependent upon your privacy settings with the social network. We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. Even if you are not associated with us, we strive to make your experience with Moon Invoice a pleasant one with our services and try to go an extra mile; hence, starting now, we are implementing a "Refund Policy."

If you feel that Moon Invoice isn"t the right invoicing platform for your business after trying it out, inform us within 90 days from the date of payment and we will issue you a full refund. Kindly note that refunds won"t be available after 90 days and partial refunds are not issued
Here is how to claim a refund. To place a refund request for your Moon Invoice app purchase:
1. For Apple
Apple currently handles all purchases and refunds in the iTunes App Store. In order to request and receive a refund, you'll need to contact Apple directly. The user can do this through their purchase receipt or application store. Listed below are the step by step guide:

- Go to iTunes > iTunes Store
- Click on "Purchases Billing and Redemption"
- Click on iTunes Store account billing
- Choose how you would like to contact Apple (by email, chat or talk to apple support now, schedule a call)
2. For Windows
Just like Apple, even Windows processes all the refund requests via Microsoft Account. Listed below are the step by step guide:
- Sign in to your Microsoft Account.
- From the top menu bar, select Payment & billing > Order history.
- Navigate to your Moon Invoice app purchase and select "Request a refund".
3. For Android
Google Play Purchases and PayPal In order for us to process your refund for Google Play Store or PayPal, we request you to primarily contact them first and place your refund request. Furthermore, we will require the following information to process your refund request:
- Moon Invoice account ID and email address
- Reason for leaving Moon Invoice
- Date of Purchase
Once you have submitted your refund request, please allow 10 business days for the refund to process. The refund will be returned in the same method of payment used for the purchase.
4. For Web App (PayPal)
For the PayPal refund procedure, the user needs to follow the below PayPal Refund procedure:
- Login into your PayPal Account
- Tap on Activity on the top of the page.
- Select All Transactions
- Tap on the Payment that you wish to refund.
- Click on 'Issue my refund.'
- You will be asked to enter the refund amount in total or partial. Please enter the amount.
- Select Issue refund.
5. For Web App (Paddle)

7. User Data Retention Policy - How Long Can Users Retain an Account Post Deletion?
After the deletion of the account, the user will have a 360 days window to restore the account. After 360 days, the account will be permanently deleted from our backup.
