The Moon Invoice team has enhanced the file support for document attachments. Now, users can easily upload files in PDF, Excel, Word, JPG, PNG, PPTX, CSV, and TSV formats. Thus, users can easily attach multiple file types without any issues. This provides convenience for the user and ultimately enhances the overall process.
Tax Information in Reports & New GST Taxpayer Type Option
The Moon Invoice team has simplified taxation. We have implemented a new tax column in the reports. This makes it easy to track the tax amounts. Additionally, we have introduced a new field that enables users to specify their GST Taxpayer Type. It ensures accurate tax filings for every deal.
Gmail & Outlook Integration, Setting Product & Service Priority in PDF
The new version of Moon Invoice enables users to send emails directly through Gmail & Outlook from within the application. Additionally, a new option, “Set Item Priority”, has been added, allowing users to control the order of products and services in PDFs. This approach polished the user experience.
GST B2C Report Support & Filter by Product Variations
The new update in Moon Invoice simplifies access to ‘B2C-specific GST’ reports for Indian users. This enables them to get accurate and compliant tax documentation. Additionally, users can now filter the product list by variation. This makes it easy to manage the specific product types.
Create & Download E-Way Bills & Enhanced Template
Indian users can now create and download E-way bills as PDF files, which ensures quick access to the transport document. Additionally, a PDF template that aligned with the GST format was added, specially designed for Indian users to meet official standards.
Enhanced Content Management
In our latest version, we have improved the content management system. The team updated the predefined payment terms by introducing the “Default Company” option to automate due dates and improve financial tracking.
OTP-based Login & Multiple Copies Option
The latest update of Moon Invoice introduces an “OTP-based login” to enhance security and prevent unauthorized access to the account. This concept is available for WhatsApp and email. Additionally, users can take multiple copies (in duplicate or triplicate form) of their documents, as the “multiple copies” option is available for all modules.
My Document Module & Default Mail Settings
In our latest Moon Invoice update, we introduced the “My Document” module for systematic documentation. Users can now store, access, and maintain crucial documents in one place. Thus, professionals can manage their crucial documents safely. Moreover, we made it easy to configure the default email type. Users can perform it easily via the app settings.
Automated GSTIN and Duplicate as Invoice
Our new update introduces the “automated GSTIN” concept for Indian users. Through this concept, they can easily fetch the details of customers and vendors with a GSTIN number. It makes the tracking process simple and enables users to save time. Moreover, it is now possible to duplicate delivery challan to invoice through the “Duplicate As Invoice Option” available in our new update.
Downloading of E-Way Bills and Enhanced Template
Moon Invoice has brought a new update for Indian users' convenience. Now, it is possible to download E-Way bills in PDF format, contributing to the smooth operation of the shipping and transport business. Additionally, we have refined our templates and aligned them with the GST format. It will enhance the billing process for Indian business professionals.
Improved User Interface for Smooth Online Store
We have introduced a ‘new user interface’ to let users experience the best possible setup and access to online stores. Moreover, managing the online store menu easily through our new feature ‘Online Ordering Menu Setup’. Professionals can easily show or hide products in the Checkout and Online Store. Therefore, managing the menu is now easy and effective.
Upgrade Importing and Exporting Data & Payment Management
Our new update of Moon Invoice enhances data importing and exporting. Users can import and export data in various file formats - TSV, XLSX, XLS, and CSV. Another improved feature is adding diverse payment terms: 20, 45, 50, and 120 days. Users can now manage their payments more effectively.
Product Variation Feature
Our new update comes with an ‘Add Variation’ feature, available in the ‘Product’ section to enhance customization. Users can now add multiple variations to the same product. Now it is easy for a user to include unlimited variations for the same product as per the requirement.
New Languages Support
Our new version is introducing the latest update regarding language support. Now, users will find five new languages: Arabic, Portuguese, Swedish, Dutch, and Japanese. That makes international trading more convenient. Moreover, our platform is also supporting native languages like Hindi and Gujarati.
Category Filter and Default Due Date
Expense management has been enhanced by introducing category filters in the expense list. Choose the category and categorize the expense for better understanding. It's now possible to hide item notes by disabling notes available in the PDF settings. We have added a new ‘Default Due Date’ option in contacts to simplify the process. You can set the due date for each customer through the navigating settings zone.
Automatic and Manual Payment Reminder
Remind your customer about the payment with Automatic and Manual payment reminders. Users can enable automatic payment reminders or do it manually. Multiple functionalities have been introduced to streamline the operation and enhance user convenience. Also, we have introduced a new feature of ‘Converting Amount Numbers to Words’ directly in PDF documents for user convenience. Just enable 'Total in Words' and it will be reflected in PDF. Now, it's better to track your project status with a time log creation feature. Create time logs and track every phase of your projects easily.

Easily Apply Credit Notes to Invoices
WebApp users can now add and apply credit notes directly from the invoicing module. Select the invoice you wish to apply the CN, click on more and select the credit note feature to add or apply CN directly to the selected invoice.

Previously adding taxes to invoices was marked as default exclusive for tasks and products with an option to change it to inclusive. The new UI has eliminated these options and has set the default taxes to exclusive. Users must tick the tax-inclusive option in the invoice while adding products and tasks with their respective tax amounts.
