The latest update of Moon Invoice introduces an “OTP-based login” to enhance security and prevent unauthorized access to the account. This concept is available for WhatsApp and email. Additionally, users can take multiple copies (in duplicate or triplicate form) of their documents, as the “multiple copies” option is available for all modules.

Product Variation Feature
Our new update comes with an ‘Add Variation’ feature, available in the ‘Product’ section to enhance customization. Users can now add multiple variations to the same product. Now it is easy for a user to include unlimited variations for the same product as per the requirement.
New Languages Support
Our new version is introducing the latest update regarding language support. Now, users will find five new languages: Arabic, Portuguese, Swedish, Dutch, and Japanese. That makes international trading more convenient. Moreover, our platform is also supporting native languages like Hindi and Gujarati.
Category Filter and Default Due Date
Expense management has been enhanced by introducing category filters in the expense list. Choose the category and categorize the expense for better understanding. It's now possible to hide item notes by disabling notes available in the PDF settings. We have added a new ‘Default Due Date’ option in contacts to simplify the process. You can set the due date for each customer through the navigating settings zone.
Automatic and Manual Payment Reminder
Remind your customer about the payment with Automatic and Manual payment reminders. Users can enable automatic payment reminders or do it manually. Multiple functionalities have been introduced to streamline the operation and enhance user convenience. Also, we have introduced a new feature of ‘Converting Amount Numbers to Words’ directly in PDF documents for user convenience. Just enable 'Total in Words' and it will be reflected in PDF.
